CG 17-10569, Regional Initiative to Reduce Tobacco-Related Disparities

The purpose of this Request for Application (RFA) is to fund up to 27 projects to reduce tobacco-related health disparities and achieve health equity among African American/Black, Asian/Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) populations through regional approaches directed towards policy and systems change focused on tobacco use prevention and reduction. Applicants may submit multiple applications for different regions and/or populations; however, each application is to focus on one population within a specified geographic region.

(NEW!)- Consensus Review Scoring Tools

Due to a system-wide network outage, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), California Tobacco Control Program (CTCP) is unable to post the consensus review scoring tools or mail out decision letters at this time.

The deadline to file a dispute will be extended to Friday, December 29, 2017 by 5:00pm, PST.
