LLA 2013-17 Comprehensive Tobacco Control Plan Guidelines for Merced County LLA

Purpose

The purpose of these Guidelines is to provide guidance to the California Health Collaborative as the designated Merced Local Lead Agency (LLA) in the development of a 2013-17 Plan as required by California Health & Safety Code (HSC) Sections 104375 (h), 104380, 104400, 104405 through 104415.

These Guidelines are posted specifically for use only by the California Health Collaborative for the development, submission and implementation of a 2013-2017 Comprehensive Tobacco Control Plan.

N/A - CTCP has designated California Health Collaborative as the Local Lead Agency for Merced County for the 2013 -2017 plan period.
