LLA 2010-2013 Comprehensive Tobacco Control Plan Guidelines

These Guidelines are designed to direct each of the 61 designated Tobacco Control Local Lead Agencies (LLAs) in the development of a 2010-13 Comprehensive Tobacco Control Plan as required by California Health and Safety (H&S) Code, Section 104350-104480 and Section 104500-104545.
