- Step 1. Select Request to Apply button.
Current OTIS users, skip to step 3.
All others continue to Step 2.
Step 2. Register for an OTIS login name and password. Activate your account by following the instructions in the automated email you receive.
Step 3. Log in to the Funding Opportunities website using your OTIS login name and password.
Step 4. Fill out Request to Apply forms and submit.
Step 5. Receive approval notification from CTCP. Once approved you will be able to login to OTIS and begin the application process for a specific procurement.
